Shipping and Payment

Shipping information

Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.

Once payment has been received (TWINT or prepayment), you only have to sleep 2-3 times and then your order will be with you. Once payment has been received, your parcel will be dispatched immediately. There are of course exceptions, as the carriers also have weekends - let's give them a break ?

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs: CHF 11.- | From an order of CHF 150.- we will pay the shipping costs for you. Surrounding communities such as: Root, Honau, Dierikon or some municipalities in the canton of Schwyz benefit from free delivery with no minimum order quantity.

We ship within Switzerland via B Mail. Cash on delivery or shipping outside Switzerland is not possible.

Please note that we can supply these communities free of charge because we deliver the parcels deliver yourself, as these communities are close to us and our «movement area» ?

Collection

If you would like to pick up your order, please send us an e-mail to [email protected], so that we can come to an agreement. We will prepare the order for you and deposit it for you so that you can collect it ? Please do not show up at our door unannounced (unfortunately this has happened before) - we do not have a store and are not always there to hand over the orders. It is imperative that we have a brief exchange by e-mail first. Thank you very much.

Please pay for your goods in advance via TWINT or prepayment (eBanking). Only then will we deposit your order. No cash payment on site.

As we have received an increasing number of requests for express collections, in future we will have to charge a processing fee of CHF 5 for the provision of goods within 24 hours.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

If you select «Prepayment» when ordering, you will receive the relevant bank details for payment immediately afterwards. We are very happy if you make the payment immediately. We often have unpaid parcels sitting around for days. If this is the case, we will contact you. All of this involves effort for both sides. Prepayment does not mean invoice. We ask for your understanding that we do not send orders on account.

Payments made in advance that are not received by us within 10 days of the order date will be canceled.

For the following reasons we have discontinued the payment method «Prepayment»:

  • Unfortunately, it has happened several times that orders were placed without a subsequent bank transfer being made or an invoice purchase was mistakenly assumed.
  • In addition, in some cases we were unable to hear back from customers despite multiple attempts to contact them by email, WhatsApp or text message.
  • We also received a few inappropriate responses to friendly reminders that the payment information for prepayment is already included in the order confirmation.

Since we attach great importance to a respectful and smooth process and would like to relieve our team, we have decided to no longer offer the payment method «prepayment» in the future.

We do not accept cash ?❌, neither on site nor by post. The sending of Cash by post is NOT recommended and we are not obliged to accept such envelopes. Neither we nor Swiss Post are liable for the loss of cash via letter post.

If you do not use eBanking, TWINT, ApplePay, credit cards or other payment methods, you are sure to have someone in your family, circle of friends or at work who can make the digital payment for your order in our store. Thank you for your understanding.
