And this is how it works

1. Install your microchip pet flap Connect in your door, glass or brickwork - just like all other SureFlap cat flaps.
2. The hub acts as a connection between your pet flap and the internet. To do this, connect the hub to your router.
3. If your cat or dog uses the pet flap, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. You can also control the times at which your pets are allowed to leave the house.
4. The Sure Petcare app provides you with notifications and visual summaries of your pets' activity.
