The shampoo is pH-neutral and formulated for sensitive dog skin.

Instructions for use
Wet the coat with warm water and then carefully massage in the shampoo (until it foams). Leave on for about 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Then dry the coat thoroughly.
